Rev Shawn
Collier is the founder and president of Harvest Time Ministries, Inc. At the age of twenty-six she was delivered
from a destructive lifestyle of drugs and alcohol when she came to know Jesus Christ as her Savior and Lord. Two years
later she began her life’s calling by enrolling in a ministerial training center to become a minister of the gospel.
When
Rev Shawn returned from Bible School, she served her home church for seven years as a pulpit minister and as a head over their
street evangelism program. In
1991, the Lord began to draw her closer to her life’s calling by sending her to work at a home for women who struggled
with destructive and addictive behaviors. Rev Shawn served as Head Counselor and Bible School Instructor. For
two years, she spent 78 hours a week teaching, discipling, and praying for them. The fruit still remains! She soon became the Director of Christian Education
and Public Relations. The next two years she traveled the state of Alabama preaching the power of God. Many people
were saved, filled with the Spirit, and healed. In 1995, after 12 years of ministry, the LORD
called Rev Shawn to begin a new work for young women, Harvest Time Ministries, Inc. She was given a facility that included
a dormitory for twenty women. Since then, Harvest Time has moved to a property of nine acres. It has an office
building, chapel, pool, banquet hall, full-size basketball court, a newly constructed school, and a dormitory for thirty.
A dormitory to accommodate sixty students is her vision for the near future.

On August
9, 2005 Rev Shawn married Mr. Paul Collier, a retired police officer and Vietnam-era veteran. Mr. Paul is a board member,
the Vice President of Harvest Time, and the Building Projects Coordinator. Together, they are a powerful team impacting
lives, and leading Harvest Time Ministries, Inc. into its 13th year of
ministry.
