Mr. Paul Collier is
married to Rev Shawn. He is the vice-president of Harvest Time, the building projects coordinator, and an active
board member. He is a Vietnam-era veteran and a retired police officer. He worked as a peace officer for 14 years and
a criminal investigator for seven years. Mr. Paul's entrepreneurial spirit led him to businesses in real estate
and a custom motor cycle shop. He has extensive knowledge in remodeling and auto mechanics. Mr. Paul is a great
asset to the ministry.
Michelle Dobbs was one
of the very first girls to graduate Harvest Time Ministries twelve years ago. After graduating, she married a youth
pastor and served her home church as youth pastor and drama director before returning to Harvest Time to work as a staff member.
She is our Assistant Ministry Administrator, a Case Manager, Intake Director, and School Administrator. She
is also the mother of four children, including a set of twins.
Fabjana Guri was
born in Albania and grew up in Greece. At the age of 18, she followed the call of God to the United States
to enroll in Bible School. After graduating from Bible School, she joined us at Harvest Time. Fabjana
can fluently speak four languages. She is the resident "dorm mom", a Bible Teacher, Science Facilitator, and
a Case Manager. She is a joy to work with and a tremendous blessing in everyday operations.
Tamelina Coburn is our Executive
Secretary. She attended Bible College, as well as a Christian University, majoring
in Psychology with a minor in Youth Ministry. She also has several years experience in restaurant management.
Before coming to Harvest Time, she had been a volunteer worker in her church, as well as an academic peer advisor.
Anytime you call the ministry office, Tamelina is the sweet voice on the other end of the phone and will be glad to assist
you.
Christine Eddings
is our newest staff member! She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Christine has been on several missions trips to Cuba, Mexico, and
Haiti. She spent 8 years volunteering in youth ministry. She is a recent graduate from Bible School where she
majored in the art of Pastoring. She is our Math Facilitator and instructs in everything from simple Math to difficult
Algebraic equations. She is also a Dorm Monitor.
Angela Malone
is a Bible college graduate. She studied Business Administration before following the call of God into ministry. She
served as Administrative Assistant to her Pastor before attending Bible College where she majored in pastoral care and general
studies, which include: youth in crises, supportive ministry, and children's ministry. Angela also brings with her
restaurant and retail management experience. She is serving Harvest Time as a Bible Teacher, Kitchen Administrator,
and a Media Editor. Angela is the proud mother of 2 children and 8 grandchildren.

Rev Sheri Goodrich is a graduate
of Bible school and an ordained minister. She is an associate pastor, board member, case worker, Bible
teacher, book keeper, and dorm overseer. She is also the head of our aftercare ministry, which continues to
minister to students after they have graduated the ministry program. Last
year, Rev Sheri celebrated her eleven year anniversary of working at at Harvest Time. She has seen Harvest Time
grow from a one building facility to the current six building campus.
Johnny Dobbs currently
serves Harvest Time as one of the associate pastors, head of the maintenance dept., the director of the media department,
worship leader, and also the holiday events coordinator. Before coming to Harvest Time, he served his home church
as youth pastor, drama team director, and a member of his church worship team. Johnny is also married to one
of the first graduates of the ministry, Michelle Dobbs.
Teresa
Moats has served in ministry work for over ten years. Teresa and her husband have worked in the local church as
Youth Pastors, as well as serving their church in the role of Associate Pastors. Teresa is a Case Manager, the History
Facilitator, a Dorm Monitor, and a member of our praise team. She is also our medical transporter. She stays
quite busy taking students to and from their various doctor appointments and checkups.
Emily Pender first came to Harvest Time as
a student almost four years ago. After she graduated the ministry, Emily served as an intern for 1 year and is now a
full-fledged staff member. Her job duties include: Bible School Administrator, Accounting and Book-keeping Assistant,
Children's Church Asst., Dorm Monitor, Math tutor, and not to mention Rev Sheri's personal assistant. Emily
is a very organized and diligent worker. We are proud to have Emily as a staff member.
Tara Fobbus is a recent Bible School graduate. At the age of 23, Tara has several years
of experience serving in various churches and ministries. She has worked in children’s ministry, youth ministry, and street ministry. Her heart is ultimately for the
broken and hurting, no matter what age. She serves Harvest Time Ministries as a Bible School Secretary, Dorm Monitor,
Sound Tech, and assists in the Media Department.
Angelle Leonard joined
with the ministry after coming to visit one of our students. During a powerful service, she was compelled by God to
join Harvest Time as an intern over a year ago, and is now a faithful and dedicated staff member. She is currently our
Prayer Asst., English Facilitator, Pool Administrator, Lunch Cook, a Dorm Monitor, Landscaper, and Worship Team Assistant.
She is also a part of the Missions Team. She has a tender heart toward God and puts her whole heart into everything
she does.
